I loved the staff they were so friendly welcoming and helpful. They spoke English which helped a great deal. They were professional and allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check in and out. I loved the room and it's amenities. The room was modern and spacious. It was tastefully designed and decorated. The ambience and quietness was outstanding. My daughter stayed here before and highly recommended it and I certainly agree with her. I would be back in the summer...did I forget to mention that this hotel has a mini kitchen and is close to everything in the city centre.

We stayed here with our 5 and 6 year old daughters and our stay went really well. The hotel is within walking distance to everything, and our balcony had a nice view of the neighboring streets and shops, yet was surprisingly quiet at night. A special shout-out to Christian at the front desk, who went out of his way to give our daughters a couple pieces of candy on Halloween for "trick or treat". What a nice touch that our girls will always remember. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, almost hidden in the middle of the Gothic quarter. We had quick access to everything. We loved the history of the place, the architecture and overall feel. Room was the perfect size for 2 with amazing bathrooms. The staff was A+, always helpful and just overall pleasant. There's a gym and sauna available upon request and if you're staying for longer stay they have laundry service for a reasonable price. Would definitely come back.

We arrived very early, and they gladly stored our luggage, provided umbrellas, maps and suggestions for a rainy day in Barcelona. Upon arriving in our room we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and chocolates with a lovely note. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The hotel was beautiful! It was really nicely finished and our room was lovely. We liked that it had a small kitchen and full-sized couch. We had a great view over the square behind the building and enjoyed people-watching. The location was excellent and staff were very helpful. We did not use the pool because it was too cold, however, the upper deck looked really nice.
